About Ezbelta
Thirty years of Mixed Model practice, built into software.
Ezbelta LLC is the software arm of Leonardo Group Americas. We turn the methods we have taught and implemented on production lines around the world into tools that engineering teams can use every day.
Our mission
Put world-class lean design within reach of every plant.
Lean principles are universal, but the tools to apply them well have stayed in the hands of a few specialists. We build AI-assisted software that captures expert method and makes it usable by manufacturing teams of any size.
Our story
From the shop floor in Boulder, Colorado.
Ezbelta grew out of more than 30 years of hands-on work by Leonardo Group Americas, designing mixed-model lines and material flow systems for Toyota, John Deere, Nissan, GE, Rolls-Royce and many others. Again and again we saw teams with the right principles but the wrong tools. So we started building the tools ourselves: methodology first, platform second.
