Time Plus Inventory — Balancing Tool 5

Stations WS1, 2, 4 & 5 run at Takt; Station 3 is a constraint with a longer cycle. Set the cycle times and shift length — the tool calculates the required FIFO size (slide-19 math) and sizes each lane to match. Run the shift, then watch Station 3 keep going on added time to drain the upstream lane and refill the downstream lane. Set the starting lane inventory to explore why an empty start makes the line fall behind.
